All-Day Spicy Stew and twice baked potatoes

All Day Spicy Stew
3 lbs beef
juice of two lemons
4 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 Tbsp tomato paste
2 onions
3 cups beef stock
1/4 tsp ground corriander
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp crushed pepper
1/2 tsp allspice
2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Peel tomatoes, marinate beef overnight in lemon juice. Place all ingredients except salt in crock pot and cook at medium for 12 hours

Twice baked potatoes

Bake potatoes until soft, scoop out middles, mix with butter, cheese, salt and pepper and add back into shells. Top with more cheese and back until melty.
